Project:Board games

 

Hi all!

A few weeks ago we had, as we do every Saturday, project of the week. This time we were doing board games, I made a game I think is called "Sorry" in English Swedish name is "Fia med knuff". 

Normally the colours on the board is the basic red, blue, green and yellow but I choose to make it in softer and a bit more spring colours, which is yellow, pink, purple and a soft green.

I also made the board so you could fold it together like a little basket, perfect so you can store the little pieces and the dice when you are not playing.

The stamps come from Stämpelkällan and they are all from the latest release.

Basket

I have made my first weaved basket; it was tricky to make but obviously not impossible :) But I can tell you it took a toll on my patients... Maybe as I make more (if I do) it will get easier.

I coloured my white roses so they would match the colours on the stamps, I really like the result was afraid that it was going to be a bit "flat" in the colours (if you know what I mean) but it shaded quite nicely on its own so really I decided that when I buy roses next time it will mainly be white because since I can colour them myself I will rarely need any other colour :).

The stamps I have used are Stämpelkällan stamps and are called Älva-Freja vilar i gräset and gräs and they are coloured with copics.
